Mrs. Holmaas' Third Grade Class:
We are excited that you found Washington D.C., Athens and Greece on the globe. It's fun to learn about our world.
This will be the first time both Mr. Bunselmeyer and I have traveled to Greece. So, it will be exciting for us to experience life outside the United States.
Different countries have different cultures, or different ways of doing things, different ways of thinking. We will try to share some of those special things from the Greek culture that we see or experience ourselves throughout our stay in Athens. We will do specific journal entries to your class...so continue to check in from time to time.

Thanks for keeping us informed with your journal.
The class had a great learning experience in finding Washington, D.C. and
finding the bodies of water from Washington, D.C. to Athens, Greece.
We are glad that you would consider visiting our class in November or
December.
